I've just done a test screen print to determine the detail or line thickness that can be screen printed. I personally feel that I will be able to print a minimum thickness of 0.5 mm. To play it safe with my designs I will go nothing thinner that 1mm. The following image have got a line thickness of 0.5mm on the "ART".

I've also attempted printing on a cork sheet. I knew beforehand that the grain might become a problem. It did sort of work. Here is the result:
