Simple Salmon - Food Photography

This meal were kept extremely simple, we wanted to keep the texture of the salmon the focal area. So we photographed only salmon on a black plate. The textured wooden background is kept to the minimum but have to be there to link and form an unity with our previous photographs. I am personally not a huge fan of salmon, but Karma ate everything immediately after the shoot.
