Crabs & Coral
In the morning we rise with the sun, shuffle over to the kettle and scuttle down to the beach with coffee and rusks and have ourselves a walk. In the last few days new life has emerged from the water.
We've been finding lots of eggy formations between the shells on the beach and it would appear everything has hatched. Everywhere you look there are tiiiiny little crabs. Sitting on the rocks we saw a speck and upon inspection noticed that this was no ordinary crab!
Bit of a crab froggy hybrid, it seriously looked like an alien, with these captivating electric blue eyes. When it jumped in the water it suddenly sprouted a tail like a tadpole, and propelled itself through the water like a cuttlefish. Unbelievable experience. Never before seen (by us) footage.
The very next day we spotted the most beautiful hard coral formations packed with tons of tropical sea life. After that we were all about snorkeling. We saw sea urchins with 6inch spikes and tropical fish that look like tropical parrots, and pink pink PINK coral!
To find something like this is quite unique and very special. We are now on a mission to find a way to capture and share these underwater life by waterproofing our phones.
Everyday we learn something new, we experiment, try to understand and discover.
Don't live a little, live a lot!
